Love has brought us to this moment, and we couldn't be happier to celebrate the beginning of our forever.

Building upon…

…A Foundation of Love

As we step into this sacred covenant, we remind ourselves that our love is patient, kind, and enduring. It's a selfless bond that grows stronger with each passing day, reflecting a divine design for unity and devotion. We believe our marriage built on these principles and is truly blessed by God.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."

1 Corinthians 13:4-8a

Q: What's one fun fact about you?

I met Ayooluwa in my first year at Kings University, and it's amazing how quickly we became close friends. We were both navigating the challenges of university life, and I think that shared experience helped us bond. Our friendship started with casual conversations about our courses, but soon we discovered we had so much more in common. As we spent more time together, I realized that Ayooluwa's personality complemented mine perfectly with a lot of fights. We balanced each other out even though we can sometimes have a huge disagreement , and our conversations flowed effortlessly. We'd often study together, grab food at the cafeteria, or just hang out. Our friendship grew organically, and before long, we were inseparable. What I admire most about Ayooluwa is her supportive nature. We've been through thick and thin together, and she has always been there to offer a listening ear or words of encouragement. Our friendship has stood the test of time, and I'm grateful for the laughter, memories, and experiences we've shared.Looking back, I'm glad we met that day on campus. Ayooluwa has become more than just a friend to me; she is a confidant, a partner in crime, and a source of comfort. Our friendship continues to evolve, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for us

Flip Through The History of Us

Q & A

Our Story, In Our Own Words

Curious to know more about us, our journey, and what makes us, well, "us"? We've answered some of your burning questions (and a few of our own!) right here. Dive in to discover fun facts, cherished memories, and a glimpse into our life together as we prepare for forever.

What was your first impression of each other?

In Ayooluwa’s words, “what? ehn so?? why is everyone around him? what’s so special?” for context, we worked in the same office and all the ladies of the office used to frolic around him. | I be star boy now so…Anyways, I thought she was a gentle sweet quiet girl. I’d soon realize only two of those things were true.

What's been your favorite memory together so far?

I loved the first time we travelled together. Sam also loves it, though for dubious reasons but we really both love travelling together.

What's one thing you absolutely love about your partner?

I love her smile. I love her laughter too. It’s the most beautiful thing. I love when she’s happy. That’s just it. She loves that I’m smart and that I exhibit a lot of acts of service as that’s her topmost love language.

What are you most excited about for your future together?

I’m excited to do all of life together. I’m exicted for the things we have planned out to accomplish, Sam calls them “projects”. He’s also thrilled about the life we have planned out together. Just answering this alone is making me excited.

If you could only eat one meal together for the rest of your lives, what would it be?

Ayooluwa says burger because it has veggies and protein. I don’t mind a protein heavy meal, I have recommended sweet potato and beans, or plantain and beans. She says no to first and never to the second, she doesn’t eat plantain. So I guess i’ll be eating alone. I recommend this combo to you, the reader. Try it out. Note that for the potato and plaintain, they could be fried or boiled, slaps either way.

What's a quirky habit your partner has that you secretly adore (or just tolerate with a smile!)?

Ayooluwa thinks sometimes I overdo things, for example in answering a question, I can use two paragraphs to answer “what colour is the sky?”. I like that she’s really particular about eating healthy and healthy eating habits.

Who is the early bird and who is the night owl?

Sam’s bed time is like 8pm and I dont sleep till the next day on most days. So I guess this makes Sam the early bird and me, the night owl.

What's one thing on your joint bucket list?

I suggested visiting S.Korea because I really love S.Korea. Sam says featuring on a cooking show together. So meeting in the middle would be cooking and trying out Korean meals. Sam doesn't approve.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I think a practical ability would be kage bunshin or kamui dimension, imagine having a clone of yourself learning other skills, while the real you faffs around or a dimension you can store infinite items in, regardless of size and mass and you can control this with just your eyes, ugh, i’ll never pay for rent again. Ayooluwa’s was a little…ummm darker. She would chose the ability to end the world instanteaneously so that we can all know where we’re going to. Those that heard of the gospel and chose not to believe it and those that chose to believe would all know where they’re going to. That what we have done earth is actually enough. lol…somebody help me.
